All Metro properties are available on Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for a minimum of 6 months. Longer tenancies can be agreed separately at the landlord’s discretion.
Application and fees:
Only once you have submitted rental application for your new home will you be expected to pay the administration fee and deposit, covering referencing, protection and related paperwork. Our standard admin fee is £180 inc VAT for all tenancy arrangements (please enquire about discounts for multiple person residencies). An upfront £200 of the total deposit is also required to remove the property from the market while you complete your application.

We require full references from your employer and previous landlord, supplied directly to our referencing agency. The agency requires you to earn 30 x 1 months total rent (for example 30 x £600pcm = £18,000pa). All rental applicants must be over 18 years of age and in permanent employment or with a guarantor who can make the necessary payments during the term of the tenancy.
In cases where tenants are studying, in temporary employment or have a poor credit history a fully referenced guarantor will need to be named on the Tenancy Agreement. Alternatively, should the landlord be in agreement fully advanced rental payments may be required.
To complete your tenancy photographic ID (driver’s licence or passport) is required along with a recent payslip, bank statement or utility bill.
